How the Evening Runs
Get changed, grab some water, meet the coaches and other players. Perfect time to introduce yourself if it's your first session.
Dynamic warm-up followed by fundamental skill drills tailored to the group. Coaches provide individual guidance based on your level.
The main event — competitive but friendly 5-a-side games. Teams are balanced by coaches to keep it fair and fun for everyone.
Guided cool-down, team debrief and any announcements. We usually head to a nearby café afterwards — all welcome!
